Trayla Carter
Training Consultant
Trayla Carter first joined ATW in 2007 before taking time off to raise her family. After many years in Child Education, she is excited to be back on the ATW team! She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BS in Health Promotion. She worked for Principal Financial Group, Wells Fargo Financial Leasing, and John Deere Financial. Trayla also helped start a Classical Collaborative school, Two Rivers Classical Academy, in 2019. Being exposed to several work environments has given her a unique perspective of leadership styles and how to build effective teams.
Trayla brings a passion for teaching, and high energy to equip learners to increase their influence in all areas. She is committed to providing practical tools that will help outside of the classroom. Her enthusiasm and life examples enrich her classes with joy and energy!
She loves spending time with her awesome family. Coffee shop dates, games, tennis and disc golf are some of her favorite things. Trayla has a true “cheerleader heart” and loves supporting her kids in all things—sports and in life!
