ATW Training Solutions has conducted an annual Iowa Trends in Talent Development survey since 2007. This year the survey was conducted August 4-17, 2026 with 137 respondents from across the state. We offer the results of this year’s survey to our talent development and business colleagues to continue developing the profession and improving its impact on our businesses and organizations. We are grateful to our survey partners, the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Central Iowa Chapter, the Iowa Bankers Association (IBA), The Iowa Employment Conference and the Iowa SHRM State Council, for helping distribute the survey.
