Accountability Starts Here

$495.00

Accountability Starts Here challenges leaders to stop treating accountability as an employee problem and start owning it as a leadership responsibility. Using real-world case studies, self-assessments, and group discussion, leaders examine how their own behaviors, decisions, and systems are either building or destroying a culture of accountability in their organization. This session is intentionally challenging, designed to create honest reflection before introducing practical tools and frameworks leaders can apply immediately.

In this session, Participants will:

  • Examine how their own behaviors, intentional or not, are create or eroding accountability

  • Learn how to apply the 4 C’s of the Accountability Culture System

  • Discuss why accountability is partially a leadership systems issue, not a performance management issue

  • Work through real world cases studies that connect leadership behaviors to accountability outcomes

  • Assess themselves as it relates to leading a culture of accountability and build a personal action plan.
