Lexi Zika
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Lexi joined ATW Training Solutions in November 2025 and serves as the Operations Coordinator where she brings significant experience in administrative and project coordination, operations, training, and scheduling. Her background includes developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, coordinating service and installation projects, and collaborating across multiple departments to ensure accuracy, organization, and efficient workflows.
Lexi graduated from Grand View University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a minor in Psychology. She is known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep complex processes running smoothly in fast-paced environments.
Lexi lives in Adel with her husband, Justin, their daughter, Jaylon, and their pets, Jordan and Willow. Outside of work, she enjoys attending Jaylon’s many sporting events, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
