Kristen Geist

Kristen Geist loves connecting with people and building relationships that make a difference. Throughout her career in education, professional development, and business development, she has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people and organizations, and she genuinely enjoys learning what makes people and businesses successful.
Kristen brings a background in teaching, leadership development, training, and relationship building to ATW Training Solutions. Whether she is building a new partnership or staying connected with a longtime client, Kristen enjoys being the person people can turn to when they need a resource, a connection, or a fresh idea.
Kristen holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Iowa, as well as a Master’s in Teaching and an Education Specialist Degree in Leadership from Drake University.
When she’s not working, Kristen is usually spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves being involved in whatever her girls are up to and, when she gets some quiet time, can happily lose herself in a good book.
