Mica Ramsey-Pipho

Mica is a proud Des Moines native who joined ATW in 2025. Mica has a background in training and development, and K-12 education, where she discovered her passion for adult learning. Mica holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Drake University and a Master of Science in Adult Learning and Leadership from Kansas State University with a graduate certificate in Social Justice Education.
Mica is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Crucial Conversations and Crucial Influence certified trainer, HBDI certified practitioner, and 200-hour certified teacher in Mindfulness, Social Emotional Leaning (SEL), and Yoga. She is dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth, helping individuals learn more about themselves and others, and encouraging positive change.
Committed to continual development, Mica serves on the Education Committee of ATD Central Iowa. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and their black Labrador. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, gardening, biking, walking, and being a student of Yoga.
