Helena has over 30 years of executive and management experience in Organization and Talent Development with an emphasis on leadership and professional development, HR systems and processes, employee engagement, strategic planning and project management.  She has held senior-level positions at Knox County Government, Rockwell Collins, Kinze Manufacturing and JET Engineering.

For 14 years Helena has provided training and consultative services to Fortune 500 companies on a national and international level as well as to many small- to middle-sized companies in the manufacturing, financial, and educational industries and local governmental agencies. Some of her clients include Dell, Motorola, Ford, Boeing, Target, Verizon and Sprint. For every project, Helena brings not only her vast experience but also her positive attitude, enthusiasm and total commitment to ensure a successful experience for her customers with tangible results.

She holds a BS degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Tennessee with post-graduate work in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.  She is a member of The Association for Talent Development and is a previous Board Member and President.  She is also a mentor in the FIRST Lego League organization.
