Danielle Vidergar
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING OPERATIONS
Danielle has always had a passion for people, which has resulted in her almost 20 years’ experience in human resources, management, training and facilitation, and coaching.
As Director of Training Operations, Danielle is responsible for ensuring that all of our trainers are equipped, prepared, and excited to deliver the best training for each customer. In addition to managing and overseeing trainer development and coordination, Danielle herself is a facilitator for our customers.
Danielle received her Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and is actively involved in many organizations, including FuseDSM Chamber, Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity HR Advisory Committee Member, and recently became a Polk County Health Services Committee Member. She is also a member of Central Iowa Society of Human Resources Management and SHRM (National Chapter).
As the mother to three children, Danielle is active in their many activities and interests. When not cheering and chauffeuring, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
