Salary: $60,000–$95,000 per year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

ATW Training Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive (Sales Account Executive) to help drive client engagement, revenue growth, and meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be entrusted with building and nurturing client relationships—typically working closely with HR and employee development leaders. You'll inherit an existing sales territory and be responsible for:

  • Achieving and exceeding sales goals through new business and account growth

  • Prospecting for new clients and expanding ATW’s customer base

  • Scheduling and conducting meetings—both virtual and in-person—with decision-makers

  • Building and delivering customized, solution-based proposals (written and oral)

  • Maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing support and service

  • Staying informed on training trends and continually expanding your knowledge of ATW’s offerings

  • Tracking and organizing leads and client data using our CRM (HubSpot)

  • Representing ATW at client meetings, networking events, and conferences

You Bring

  • Proven sales, business development, or account management experience (2+ years preferred)

  • Passion for training, corporate learning, or HR solutions (a big plus!)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong work ethic, ownership mentality, and a goal-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Ability to think creatively and utilize social selling tools

  • Willingness to work from our Urbandale office and travel for client meetings as needed

  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred
