Tired of Sitting in a Boring Classroom with Stale Donuts and Lackluster Results?
Professions, like human beings, go through different cycles and at ATW Training & Consulting, we feel it is time for the training industry to make a shift. While we believe there will always be a place for “the sage on the stage," we also believe today’s training participants want more. They want to experience the content, not just hear it. They want to learn through stories and activities that drive home the key behaviors that we as training professionals are asking them to make.
For the past 12 months we have been on a crusade to help reinvent the way training is done in Central Iowa. Over 1,000 participants have experienced our “training on wheels” where we take leaders, teams and individuals outside the classroom for a unique training experience. The feedback we've received has been overwhelmingly positive.
And we’re not just reinventing the training; we’re improving the value proposition. Instead of charging more for these experiences, we’re doing everything to hold costs - thus a higher value proposition for you, our customer partners.
Compare our one-day Leadership Bus Tour with other public sessions. What would you rather do…be one of 100 in a hotel room looking at the same old PowerPoint slides or be one of 25 visiting places like the Iowa Historical Society, State Capital, Iowa Hall of Pride or the YMCA where each location shares a specific story as it relates to leadership?
Register for one of these dates to attend the Maximum Leadership Bus Tour in 2007:

Here's what recent Bus Tour participants shared with us on their evaluations:
"The variety of things we did breaks up the day and makes it much more enjoyable rather than sitting in a classroom setting the whole day."
"I loved the unique learning experience..."
"Changing venues was a great addition and really added a hands-on element to the training..."
