Keith is a typical employee who usually “spends” his time at work as opposed to “investing” it. He’s blind to that fact until one day he’s sent to pick up the watch for a co-worker who will be retiring. At the retirement party Keith engages the retiree in conversation and learns of his regrets regarding the amount of “wasted” time spent at work. As the discussion continues we see flashback examples of Keith doing the ‘wrong’ things to maximize his time as well as “right way” examples when the older employee shares insights that help him to see the error of his ways. A surprising “twist” at the program’s end confirms the fact that Keith has just received some very ‘special’ career help from his ‘advisor’.
