Building a High-Performing Work Team is a one-of-a-kind learning opportunity for team leaders and anyone responsible for team success. This workshop relates the teamwork qualities of a successful NASCAR team to what it takes to be successful in your own organizational team. The day starts in Des Moines where participants will board a chartered bus and travel to the Iowa Speedway in Newton. The Iowa Speedway is America’s premier state-of-the-art motorsports facility. Your day will include facilitator-led classroom learning time, experiential activities and a tour of the race track and facilities. At the end of the afternoon you will depart with a custom-designed team victory plan and a solid understanding of the differences between good and great teams.
